City Streaks is a team of professional hair stylists located in beautiful downtown Cobourg. We are over 20 years of serving our loyal community from the same location!
We are a friendly family salon offering haircuts, colours, styling and treatment. We use and sell high quality, all-natural, environmentally safe Aveda products because we know your hair deserves the best! We carry full retail for hair, skin and body to pamper our clients.
